Future Care Inc. was founded in 1996 with the singular and heartfelt goal of supporting people with intellectual and physical disabilities, to live normally, as an active part of their community taking on valued roles, forming relationships, empowering choice and becoming contributing self-advocating citizens. For over two decades, this unwavering commitment to empowerment and community inclusion has driven every aspect of our care. As the Owner/Executive Director, Barb is responsible for the efficient operations and overall management and direction of the day-to-day functions of the property in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations. Her duties include overseeing the business's strategic vision, making critical decisions to fulfill organizational goals, and directing organizational strategy. She is also responsible for budget management, hiring, termination, and performance supervision of staff, and leading yearly meetings and training and is the Agency Decision Maker on the A team.

Tracy started in July 2023, is Future Care’s Human Resource Manager. She oversees all new hires, orientations, is active on the A team, and record-keeping of staff's certifications and trainings. Tracy is also Future Care’s Rolla area CPR instructor and assists with the operations and compliance across the Rolla and Camdenton homes. Tracy is deeply committed to the ISL because "I do believe everyone deserves a place to call home, have control over their daily lives, and I enjoy being a voice for the individuals to make sure each one is safe, protected, and feel loved and appreciated". When she is not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, finding antiques with her sister and placing them in their booth, and making candles.

Vickie is a Professional Manager who started with Future Care in August 1996. She develops and conducts staff training, uses her creativity to create fun events, oversees books, and most importantly helps support the Individuals in reaching their dreams and goals. Vickie works in this field because she is "very passionate about seeing that the ones we support have the very best quality of life possible. They are some amazing people who are often forgotten or treated as invisible; however, I have seen them rise above so many challenges and have been so very blessed by their smiles, joy at their accomplishments, and simply by knowing them". Her faith is very important to her, and she enjoys crafts, especially wreath making.

Alise is a Project Manager II with a strong background in human services and education. She started in 2019 and has over six years of experience working with youth in the foster care system and three years as a special education teacher. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Elementary and Special Education and is a certified Tools of Choice Instructor and Facilitator, serving as a Lead Tools Coach for Future Care, Inc.
In her role, she oversees project planning, implementation, and completion, ensuring timelines, data, and billing needs are met. She collaborates closely with leadership, staff, and external partners, leads team meetings, coordinates Tools of Choice training, maintains policies and procedures, and supports state preparation efforts. She supports house managers and DSPs with any Tiered Support needs and trainings' to ensure a high quality of living for the individuals who reside at Future Care, Inc. Alise is deeply passionate about serving individuals with developmental disabilities and is committed to promoting inclusion, community integration, and high-quality support through effective leadership and collaboration.

Angel joined Future Care in November of 2019 as the Administrative Assistant. Her professional duties involve assisting with phone inquiries, receiving and forwarding mail and courier packages, and providing general administrative support for the Director. She is also a key staff member, likely assisting with various tasks that help prepare for state or audits. Angel's mission connection is personal: "I love that Future Care is Faith based plus were all like family!!" When she is not working, she loves going to antique stores and thrifting.

Mary Hodge serves as a File Clerk responsible for organizing and maintaining the essential documentation of the organization. She retrieves information upon request and ensures records are returned to the correct locations. Her core tasks include assessing and organizing documentation, making copies and delivering records, and executing authorized changes to the filing system. Mary also handles the monthly mileage and attendance tracking for individuals in the houses and files paperwork every day. She is an active member of the A Team and reports to the Director.

Susan is a File Clerk who started at Future Care in March 2018. She reports to the Director for updates and is an active member of the A Team.Susan feels blessed by "the family atmosphere and the ethics given to our Individuals. We are a Christian based company with good moral ethics". When not in the office, Susan enjoys Thrift store shopping, Reading and Singing at church and playing with my dog! She was also able to bring her dog Peppi to work with her! "The individuals love him and he brings so much joy to all of us. He was promoted to ASSISTANT DOG by popular VOTE!".

Jennifer Payne is a Data Entry Clerk who started on September 18, 2024. Her primary role involves accurately entering, updating, and maintaining information in computer systems and databases, which requires a high level of attention to detail. She is responsible for verifying data accuracy, generating reports, ensuring confidentiality. Her personal hobbies are learning more about Jesus and spending time with her family and her grandchildren.
